1) Lighting Replacement Project

Status: Installation/replacement will begin once all light bulbs and fixtures have been received.

2) Bicycle Drawing Fundraiser

Net Revenue: $857

Funds will be used to replace tree in Serenity Garden.

Motion: Motion to approve short term CD investment option as outlined in handout prepared by Weber and to direct the Township Treasurer to do same

1) Fowlerville District Library Expansion

Hentz discussed Fowlerville District Library's purchase of new site.

Impact: Nearly triple their square footage

Expected Opening: April 2018

Motion 6: Outdoor Shed Purchase

Motion: Motion to purchase an outdoor shed from Ed Bock's in Pinckney not to exceed $3,005.00

Updated policy manuals were distributed.

Memorial Plaque

Board discussed and agreed to add former trustee, Stella Campbell's name to the plaque in memory of her deceased husband, Dale Campbell.

Upcoming Absences

Evergreen will not be present at July meeting.

Colone will not be present at August meeting.
