1) Lighting Replacement Project

Status: Almost completed

Remaining: Emergency lights need extra parts and some recessed lights not counted in original quote

New Business
Motion 6: Scrap-A-Holics Room Use Guidelines

Hentz addressed the problems and solutions for the Scrap-A-Holics' use of the library meeting rooms. Proposed solutions:

  • All members must use flat head pins only
  • All members must use long handled magnet when cleaning up after each Tuesday meeting
  • No use of pins on the east side of the meeting room
  • Establish inclusive communication method among members and library staff
