Policies & Guidelines

Reservation Requirements
  • Minimum one-week advance application
  • Rooms reservable up to 2 months in advance
  • Contact person must check in at front desk
  • Vacate room 15 minutes before library closes
Rules & Liability
  • Light refreshments permitted (no red items)
  • No alcohol allowed
  • No admission fees permitted
  • Group responsible for cleanup
  • Groups must indemnify library against claims
  • Liability insurance required for profit organizations

The library does not sponsor or endorse group activities. Adequate adult supervision is required for all events involving minors.

All groups must comply with library policies and indemnify the library against any and all claims arising from the use of library facilities.
