  • At the library: Pick up at circulation desk
  • Online: Print using the button above
  • By mail: Call and we'll send one to you

  • Reader's Advisory: Staff recommendations based on your preferences

Who Is Eligible?

Permanent Conditions

Any Hamburg Township resident with a permanent condition that prohibits them from safely visiting the library.

Examples Include:
  • Mobility limitations
  • Chronic health conditions
  • Given up driving status
  • Other permanent barriers to library visits
Long-Term Temporary Conditions

Any Hamburg Township resident with a long-term temporary condition that prohibits them from safely visiting the library for at least six (6) weeks.

Examples Include:
  • Medical leave due to surgery
  • Extended recovery periods
  • Temporary mobility restrictions
  • Short-term health limitations

You can authorize up to two (2) people to pick up library items on your behalf from the library.

How It Works:
  • Select "Flexible Check Out" on your application
  • Name two people who can pick up items for you
  • They can collect your materials at the library during regular hours
  • No need to wait for monthly delivery
